Bicyclists visit local school to promote mental health

Oak Ridge, TN — Ride for Hope bicyclists stopped at Willow Brook Elementary on May 13th to celebrate mental health awareness with students and teachers. May is mental health awareness month and the bicyclists passed out green Ride for Hope wristbands and water bottles to over one hundred students gathered outside.

The cyclists departed from Department of Children’s Services in Clinton and rode to Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services in Oak Ridge, while stopping by Anderson County Courthouse to receive a proclamation from Anderson County Mayor Terry Frank.
