Customer Centricity Project Team focuses on improving client experience

Ridgeview launched the Customer Centricity Change Project in May and continues its work through June developing recommendations and counter measures to improve the overall customer experience before, during, and after receiving care with focus on engagement, environment, and staff development. Naturally, this is a multifaceted effort and will require introducing changes through pilot efforts over time so we can properly measure the effectiveness of proposed counter measures, before replicating the integration of those recommendations throughout the agency. Your members of this change project include the following staff representing different programs, services, and geographic locations of the agency: Debi Colvais, Lisa Hammonds, Beth Hatmaker, Traci May, Evie Meadows, Shane Neer, Amy Olson, Diana Richmond, Hannah Samawi, Stacy Schambach, Vickie Smith, Claudia Werner, Michael Yates, and Facilitated by Nathan Zeiger. We look forward to sharing additional information with staff in July's newsletter.

The new locale will afford staff additional space in which to provide care and expand services to our clients. Once everyone has settled into the new location, Ridgeview will host an Open House Ribbon Cutting ceremony in partnership with the Morgan County Chamber of Commerce in the fall - stay tuned for those additional details!
