Ridgeview a top workplace four years in a row

Oak Ridge, TN — Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2025 honor by Knoxville Top Workplaces. This is the fifth time Ridgeview has received the award and fourth in a row. The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

Ridgeview CEO, Brian Buuck, spoke of the importance of what this award represents, saying, “For Ridgeview to be considered a Top Workplace is such an honor. Staff feedback on the survey regarding their genuine respect for their colleagues, the meaning they find in what they do and their comments regarding the appreciation they have for the culture in which they work is especially encouraging.”

Additionally, CAO, Julie Wright, added, “We gratefully accepted this award on behalf of each Ridgeview staff member for their work that is of vital importance in our communities.  We have a saying, ‘One Ridgeview’…it means we are all in this together as one team.  This fifth time of receiving the award only strengthens our commitment as a team to use the valuable feedback gathered to ensure we keep people as our top priority.
