Recovery Services

Delivering care and treatment outside of the clinic and directly to those in need.

Community-Based Recovery

We understand the importance of being responsive to the needs and resources existing within a community. As a result, we offer a broad continuum of culturally competent, community-based programming designed to serve the clients in their community, while routinely assessing quality of care and the outcomes of the services provided.

SUBSTANCE USE TREATMENT PROGRAMS

Recovering from substance dependency can be difficult, and you don’t have to do it alone. Our substance use treatment programs are designed to support your recovery through a harm reduction approach. If your needs are more intensive, we will find you the help you need through our network of referrals. Help is a phone call away.
