Matched For Success

Matched for Success is an employment program based on the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. If you lie with a mental illness and/or co-occuring disorder, an employment specialist can help you:

  • Determine how working could impact your current benefits (i.e. SSI, SSDI)
  • Explore your interests and strengths.
  • Choose an occupation that suits your skills and preferences.
  • Talk with and meet employers
  • Access support that will help you keep your job.
  • Ridgeview Behavioral Healthcare Servies adheres to a "No Wrong Door" approach in order to identify and remove all barriers to care and services. If Ridgeview cannot provide needed services, we will will connect you with another provider in the human services community.

    Getting Started


    It all starts with a walk-in or scheduled appointment. A licensed clinician will then perform an evaluation to determine your needs.

    Plan of Care

    Your clinician will work with you to design a plan of care that fits your lifestyle and addresses your individual needs.
